I take great pride in announcing my appointment to the Just Jazz Foundation Board of Directors. The work of the foundation has been instrumental in cultivating and supporting the rich history of jazz in Los Angeles and beyond. A cultural and sonic tapestry which, like the music itself, is a fearless leap of what’s come before and what’s to come. As the remarkable commitment of the Just Jazz Foundation continues to lift the music and musicians up and down the coast, from the City of Angels to the Monterey Bay, please consider being a part of nurturing the music that I can only best describe as truth.
